Earlier this month, vocal powerhouse Brooke Eden participated in her second “Music Matters with RIAA” event since announcing the unique partnership this year. Brooke visited with campers at Girls Inc. at YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee where she performed music from her new EP Choosing You, shared how music inspired her to be her true self, and encouraged campers to share their stories and what songs have inspired them. “Music Matters with RIAA” is a partnership designed to demonstrate how music can enable our authentic voice, give us purpose, connect us to each other and give us strength and courage to navigate life’s challenges. “Girls Inc. is a safe, girl-powered environment where we encourage our students to value themselves and discover their strengths,” explains Vanessa Helbig Johnson, Executive Director of Girls Inc. “Partnerships like these give us the opportunity to connect with our girls and show them that there are many avenues of self-discovery and expression. Brooke’s story and leadership created a safe and brave space for our girls’ confidence to grow so they can chase their dreams for the future.”

In the first week of its release, the video for Brooke’s latest song “Left You For Me” has been in steady rotation at CMT punctuated by an airing in Times Square. The track additionally has appeared on multiple playlists. Brooke’s debut performance of “Left You For Me” took place at CMA Fest followed by an electric performance at the official Pride Pit Stop Presented by Soap & Glory in NYC. More recently, Brooke performed the inspiring track from Choosing You on NBC’s TODAY, giving national audiences a first glimpse of her electric performance style and personality.  Check out the performance HERE.
